TAPA Certification Asia

Pre-Certification Assessment Services for TAPA
Intertek has been approved by the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) in the APAC region to carry out pre-certification assessments for businesses involved in international trade and its supply chain who wish to take advantage of the benefits of TAPA Certification.
TAPA is a non-profit organization, uniting global manufacturers, logistics providers, freight carriers, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders with the common aim of reducing losses from international supply chains.
International traders and manufacturer who store and distribute high value goods such as high tech equipment, tobacco products, pharmaceuticals and clothing can demonstrate to buyers through TAPA Certification that they are continually improving and increasing supply chain security, that goods are safeguarded thus ensuring customer orders are fulfilled. Many companies now require TAPA certification as part of their buyers agreement and TAPA certification also facilitates compliance with Authorized Economic Operators (AEO) to enable fast track Customs clearance.
To help you achieve TAPA certification Intertek will inspect and verify against TAPA standards your operational procedures including warehousing, security, sales, shipping and receiving.
