Revision of Regulated Products List for Exports to Cameroon

Revised PECAE Regulated Product List for Cameroon
The Agence des Normes et de la Qualite (ANOR) has implemented a revised “Regulated Product List” under the Programme d’Evaluation de la Conformité Avant Embarquement (PECAE) programme.
The revised Regulated Product (RP) List includes new products from the below product groups:
- Food and Food Products
- Construction (Aluminium products, construction blocks, etc )
- Petroleum products
- Mechanical products (Gas cylinders)
- Electric and Electronic products (Low Voltage products)
The implementation of the revised PECAE Regulated Product List is with immediate effect. Exporters/Importers will be required to obtain the Attestation of Conformity (AoC) from approved Certification Bodies such as Intertek for these additional products included under the scope of Cameroon PECAE for facilitating clearance of their Shipments at Cameroonian Ports/Borders.
