Face Mask Fit Testing in Accordance with ASTM F3407 and ASTM F3502

Intertek assists manufacturers with Face Mask Fit Testing to demonstrate mask performance based on the overall design and not just material properties as other mask tests do. Fit testing is based on a panel of 20 users with very specific facial dimensions, capturing measurements while the user is performing various movements that simulate real life. Fit testing is currently being performed in our U.S. facility in Cortland, NY.
