Each June organisations across the globe come together to celebrate World Accreditation Day. Established by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC), World Accreditation Day focuses on how accreditation delivers a safer world ranging from the workplace to the comfort of your home. The importance of promoting global awareness on accreditation becomes more apparent as we progress into the future, and recognise trends of employee absence, turnover rates, occupational accidents, and work-related diseases are frequent.
