Travis Hoover Travis Hoover is the Manager of the Security Research Center (blast, ballistic and forced-entry) as well as the Structural Systems Testing group at Intertek’s York, PA test facility. He has 25 years of experience in the testing of architectural products for both field and laboratory testing. Field of expertise includes code compliance testing of decking, railing, fencing, columns, and load-bearing wall panels. In addition to the two testing disciplines mentioned above, Travis is also responsible for managing the insulated glass and safety glass testing at the York campus. Travis also participates in industry related organization committees for ASTM, NGA (National Glass Association), and NADRA (North American Deck and Railing Association).

Jose Colon Jose Colon is the Director – U.S. Sales for Intertek’s Building & Construction Products division. With 26 years of experience in the Building Products testing/certification industry, Jose has the experience of testing in the lab and in the field which allows him to be able to help clients and Intertek in many ways for all types of projects. Over the years Jose has also represented Intertek in many different building product trade organizations and associations by just not participating, but by actually helping write the test methods and standards that we test to today. His sales strategy is “constant client communication”. Jose is a Red Raider from Texas Tech university with a B.S. in Civil Engineering (May 1996).

Tanya Dolby Over the past 32 years, Tanya has been closely involved in many facets of the fenestration business. She has extensive experience with engineering analysis, product development, testing and certification of products including those for hurricane impact and bomb blast. In her current role as a Senior Engineer at Intertek, she specializes in developing test proposals for clients to certify their products to meet various codes and standards.

Tanya earned her Professional Engineer license in 2007. She currently holds Professional Engineer Licenses in Virginia, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Maryland and North Carolina.

Tanya also chairs and participates in various industry related organization committees for ASTM, FGIA (AAMA), and The Aluminum Association.

Bryan Boyle Bryan Boyle is the Director of Regional Operations at Intertek’s Winnipeg, Manitoba testing facility. Bryan has over 24 years’ experience in building envelope commissioning, testing, and consulting for commercial, industrial, institutional, multi-family residential, and high-performance buildings in both new and retrofit construction. Throughout the years, he has gained considerable experience in all aspects of building envelope commissioning including specification development, design review, on-site inspection, and functional performance testing.

Since 2010, Bryan has managed the product testing laboratory at the Winnipeg facility and has narrowed his focus to fenestration testing both in laboratory product testing and code compliance, and on-site functional performance testing and field verification. He continues to both oversee and perform laboratory fenestration tests and many of the most commonly specified field fenestration tests including ASTM E783, ASTM E1105, ASTM E1186, AAMA 501.1 and AAMA 501.2.

Bryan is a board member of Fenestration Manitoba (FenMan), and a member of Fenestration Canada, Manitoba Building Envelope Council (MBEC) and the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA).
