Simplify your REACH compliance in preparation for the 2018 deadline
The European Union’s REACH Regulation (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemical Substances – EC1907/2006) is mandatory for the continued sale of chemicals and products into the European Union. In fact, many U.S. chemical manufacturers state that it is the largest EU trade barrier they encounter. Following the June 1, 2013 deadline for registration of phase-in substances >100 tonnes/annum the next deadline will be June 1, 2018 for registration of phase-in substances >1 tonne/annum. Failure to register will result in non-compliance, which instantly jeopardizes the manufacturers or importers trading position within the EU. Companies are advised to make an early start with their activities against the next deadline to give themselves the best chance of ensuring compliance.
To help simplify your REACH compliance we have developed a complimentary webinar series, which was delivered throughout April-May, 2016, to help you understand and prepare for the 2018 deadline. Don't miss the chance to gain valuable insight into everything that must be considered when developing a compliance plan to ensure streamlined market access. If you were unable to attend the live sessions, the recordings have been made available for download.

This webinar will focus on supply chain coverage by outlining the reporting requirements needed to properly obtain coverage through your supplier’s only representative as well as a summary of the necessary documentation to be made available for enforcement purposes.
