• Reaction calorimeter (RC1)
  Kinetic and thermodynamic reaction data under specific processing conditions are obtained with the Reaction Calorimeter. Quantity and rate of heat from chemical reactions can be measured.
• Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)
  Thermal stability data can be obtained with the Differential Scanning Calorimeter. This instrument generates both kinetic and thermodynamic data for undesired reactions under worst case conditions.
• Accelerating Rate calorimeter (ARC®)
  The Accelerating Rate Calorimeter is used to measure thermal stability indices. This instrument simulates thermal runaway conditions that might occur in a plant reactor due to loss of heat transfer. It is used to obtain maximum rate data.
• ASTM E681-94 5L sphere
  An ASTM E681-94 5L Sphere determines the lower and upper limits of flammability of gases and vapors at temperatures of up to 150°C.
