With the complexities presented in global supply and distribution, the path to compliance with the EU’s Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals (REACH) Regulation for both EU and non-EU companies is not always obvious.   • Legal restrictions on who can appoint the Only Representatives
  • Requirements to notify down-stream users and importers
  • Data management requirements for Only Representatives of substances in preparations
  • For non-EU companies, Only Representation is a useful tool to manage REACH compliance in a complex supply chain, but manufacturers must be aware of the rules and limits associated with the use of Only Representatives.
