Over 800 chemicals have been identified on the California Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment’s (OEHHA) Prop 65 list including chemicals such as hexavalent chromium and formaldehyde. Non-compliance with Prop 65 can result in penalties, recalls, and wasted products. Chemicals found on the list can be found in a wide range of consumer products including children’s products, glassware/ceramics, apparel, footwear, home goods, furniture, and tools.
