The primary federal industrial chemicals management law in the United States (U.S.) is the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) as amended by the 2016 Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act (LCSA). The main objectives of the Act are to assess and regulate new commercial chemicals before they enter the market and to regulate existing chemicals that pose an "unreasonable risk to health or to the environment". When chemicals are found to pose an unreasonable risk, the EPA will regulate the distribution and use of those chemicals.

This on-demand webinar will provide an overview of the regulation including listing the chemical substance on the inventory, key information to determine if an exemption can be uses, other notices that are required for TSCA compliance and general information on how to be compliant with the TSCA in the U.S.
