Improving Separation and Maximising Throughput: Optimisation of LC-MS Analysis of Therapeutic Oligonucleotides

ABSTRACT: The chemical structure of the therapeutic oligonucleotide must be optimised to ensure bioavailability and clinical efficacy. Hence, the characterisation of identity, assay and impurity profile of therapeutic oligonucleotides is crucial for drug development and assessment of contaminants and drug safety. More efficient and robust analytical methods are required to support clinical testing and drug registration. During this presentation, our expert Magdalena Kiezel-Tsugunova outlines improved separation techniques to maximise throughout with an LC-MS method for therapeutic oligonucleotides.

This talk will be presented by our Senior Analyst, Magdalena Kiezel-Tsugunova, at the TIDES Europe 2019 conference on Wednesday 13th November at 12pm.
