Intertek admitted as GAFTA Registered Analyst in Thailand

(Bangkok, Thailand) Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety services to a wide range of industries around the world, is now approved to issue certificates for Grain analysis in Thailand, under the Grain and Feed Trade Association (GAFTA) Approved Analysts Scheme, and is listed on the Register of Approved Analysts published by GAFTA. The approval further endorses Intertek’s professional capability to produce accurate and reliable analytical data in accordance with the Methods of Analysis listed in GAFTA Form No:130 and compliance with the code of practice, for agricultural commodities traded on GAFTA contract terms.
The Intertek laboratory located in Bangna is well equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation and operated by qualified chemist and technician, helping producers establish quality and safety parameters to their local and international buyers and ensuring their cargo meets stringent quality control requirements and market demand. Agricultural products tested by Intertek laboratory include rice, wheat, soya bean, tapioca, sugar, vegetable oils, and fats.
