The safety requirements for child bath rings, bathing aids and bathtubs and stands for infants and young children are outlined in Decision 2010/9/EU. Meeting these requirements is critical to demonstrating compliance with the general safety requirement of the General Product Safety Directive (GPSD) 2001/95/EC.
