Due to the concerns arising from Covid-19 and the UK Government's advice, the original AGM venue was no longer available. The Company's AGM was held at 9.00 a.m. on Thursday 21 May 2020 at 33 Cavendish Square, London, W1G 0PS.
The health of our shareholders, employees and stakeholders is of paramount importance and accordingly, the Board took into consideration the compulsory measures that were in place at that time. As a result, shareholders were asked not to attend the AGM in person, and were asked to submit any questions to investor@intertek.com.
