Bill S-5, Strengthening Environmental Protection for a Healthier Canada Act, modernizes CEPA and represents the first set of comprehensive amendments to CEPA since it was enacted over 20 years ago.
Throughout the session, we will be discussing some of your obligations if you are placing an industrial chemicals or product, a cosmetic and any other commodity identified in the Canadian Food and Drugs Act and the Government policy of releasing some Confidential Business Information to their public inventories.
