IEC 60079-25 Edition 3

In June 2020, IEC 60079-25 Edition 3 was published, introducing a number of changes to intrinsically safe equipment, both incorporated or approved as part of a system. As the new updates are rolled out, it is vital that manufacturers are aware of these changes to ensure the products or components you manufacture or purchase will comply as new equipment being evaluated for IECEx certification will be assessed to these requirements.
