Since ISO 9001 is neither industry nor product specific, it can benefit any organisation that provides a product or service. The result of applying the standard is shorter lead times, high delivery reliability, and a consistently high quality of services and products, benefiting both your customers and your business.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard:

  • Is relevant to all sizes and types of organisation operating in any sector
  • Takes account of changes in quality management systems practices and technology since the last major revision in 2008
  • Reflects changes in the increasingly complex, demanding environments in which organisations operate
  • Enhances compatibility and alignment with other ISO management system standards

ISO 9001 Transition
Organisations previously certified to ISO 9001: 2008 need to comply to the new version of the standard by September 15, 2018. If they do not, they will lose their certification.
