- Part 1 - Theory of pollen study
We will begin the workshop with an overview of what Palynology (the study of pollen) is, how it works, and what steps are taken in the laboratory when analysing honey samples. - Part 2 - Sensory session
In this part of the workshop, we’ll be comparing various monofloral honeys from different regions to highlight the importance of combining microscopy and sensory analysis when analysing honey samples. - Part 3 - Q&A with the expert
In the final part of the workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to ask your pollen identification questions to our Palynologist, Sebastian Klingenberg.
