Huawei-Intertek Renewable Energy Workshop held in Shenzhen
Shenzhen, China Today, Intertek, a leading global provider of quality and safety solutions, held a Renewable Energy Workshop with Huawei, a leading global telecommunications solutions provider, in Shenzhen.

Huawei has an established environmental protection program which includes whole process energy-saving and emission reduction management of its products, conducts life-cycle carbon assessments.  It has established a new solar and wind energy technology unit aimed at developing more green energy to the communications industry through the research and development of new products and technologies

In the workshop Intertek's experts presented on new testing methods and protocols in the area of Huawei's new green product development focus and on latest changes in the regulatory landscape for solar and wind energy products in the world's major markets. Intertek is a global leader in testing and certification for solar, renewable energy and storage technologies.
