Intertek Presents Webinar on REACH Dossier Creation

Intertek (www.intertek.com/reach) will present a free one-hour online webinar on Wednesday, October 15th at 10:00 am EDT (16:00 pm CEST.) The REACH pre-registration window closes on December 1, 2008, but pre-registration is just the first step towards compliance with the REACH Regulation. If you have successfully pre-registered your substances and preparations with the ECHA, you will have from 2 to 10 years, depending on volume of sales and risks associated with the chemicals, to gather all the information on your substances, construct the dossier requested by the ECHA and complete the REACH registration of your products.
The REACH dossier is created from a complex and extensive collection of data, test results and other information not readily known or easily available to most producers of substances, preparations and articles outside the traditional “chemical” industry.
