This one-day interactive ISO 9001:2015 Overview Training Course will give participants an outline of the changes to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.  Through lecture, discussion, and workshops, we will discuss what the differences between ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9001:2015 standards are, as well as review the ISO 9001:2015 requirements and the impact of the change on your organization and audits.  The following topics will be covered in this course:

  • Reasons for the changes
  • Overview of the significant changes
  • Impact of the changes on your organization and audits
