To help keep you abreast of the latest burning issues and new topics within the toy industry, we are introducing this seminar which will discuss the latest and upcoming issues in depth which will impact you and your business.

Over the past few years the pace of change in standards and legislation applying to toys in EU seems to have accelerated with new requirements appearing every year. Mainly these have involved chemicals in toys but over the past year there have been new requirements on sound levels and a new standard for trampolines is imminent at the time of writing. In addition, certain types of toys have been the subject of media interest, such as dress-up costumes.

This short seminar is intended to address some of these topical issues and give a background and explanation of the requirements. Each one will have a different theme of interest to the industry and will develop some specific topics which may only be covered briefl y in our basic and advanced seminars. It will be of particular interest to delegates who have already attended our basic or advanced seminars in the past year or two, as well as those with a specific interest in the topic.
