Juvenile Products Testing
Children’s safety is a primary concern for parents, caregivers, communities, and society at large.
Intertek's regulatory experts verify the constructional integrity, safety, and quality of a variety of juvenile products with innovative testing, auditing, and inspection services, including to new Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) regulations, GB, EU Toy Directive, and to Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association (JPMA) accreditation. Drawing upon our extensive experience with these existing regulations, Intertek has also developed a Crib Certification program that utilizes rigorous safety testing and certification processes to go above and beyond current standards, as well as iComply™, an artificial intelligence application that provides a comprehensive solution to ensure and demonstrate compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act’s (CPSIA) forthcoming Testing and Certification Rule.
