About The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to efficiently and correctly send reports and invoices to clients


  • Supervision of the Invoicing Department and staff – Maddington,
  • Prompt completion of all administrative paperwork,
  • Interdepartmental communication with Supervisors and Staff
  • Stocktake of office supplies
  • Direct liaison with clients regarding any invoice or reporting discrepancies as required,
  • To ensure that the client’s requirements regarding invoicing and reporting followed by all staff in your section,
  • To ensure that all sample reports and invoices are treated with the strictest confidence and security,
  • To personally handle any special or non-routine jobs that require particular care or special procedures,
  • To liaise with Quality Control Officer regarding any work discrepancies
  • Conduct periodic safety meetings and follow up on any resulting issues as required
  • To liaise with other section leaders to resolve intersectional issues and ensure integrity of client’s samples,
  •  Provide support to other invoicing sites regards invoicing issues,
  • Document and maintain procedures and training manuals employed in invoicing,
  • Continual monitoring and development of system requirements and improvements with the aim of improving quality and turn around efficiency,
  • Ensure all PPE is utilized, maintained and kept in stock as required
  • Ensure all policies and procedures regarding quality and OH&S are followed
  • Other appropriate duties as directed by the Administrator Co-ordinator

  • Ability to perform manual handling
  • Administration experience desirable
