ABOUT THE ROLE:

An opportunity has arisen for an Infrastructure Engineering Delivery Manager delivering and operating infrastructure services that will be consumed by internal customers in field offices in 100+ countries. This is a great position for an individual who has a wealth of experience working within multinational organisation, driving delivery remotely, and engaging at senior level. You will be natural people manager, who will remotely support and motivate a small team.  Primarily, this role will be focused on delivering operational and engineering support of global network services.

The role will be a remote working position with occasional travel into London or Brentwood for strategic team meetings.    This is a permanent full time role where the role holder will be required to work normal business hours Mon – Fri with potential hourly shifts to meet with team members in Asia or the Americas.  

ABOUT YOU:

 

  • A working background in a multinational organizations 
  • Knowledge supporting Microsoft Windows Platforms in the Enterprise Datacenter, Cloud Partnerships/desktop 
  • Strong leadership, promoting further development and support
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills at stakeholder level
  • ITIL Fundamentals certification a plus
  • Azure or AWS cloud engineer certification a plus
  • Deep knowledge of Cisco, VMware, Microsoft and Linux environments
  • Network scripting languages, including Python
  • A strong understanding of IP network basics
  • Deliver detailed reports and analyse
