ABOUT THE ROLE
Intertek Melbourn has an extensive range of analytical instrumentation across 3 sites in and around Melbourn, and provides analytical, manufacturing and stability storage services to customers in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, personal care and speciality chemical sectors in a GMP regulated environment.
The Facilities Manager will lead and develop the existing facilities and equipment management team to execute the delivery of facilities management services across the business. Working within a fast-moving environment the Facilities Manager will be focused on high standards of service delivery, continuous improvement, and best value solutions to support and enable the operations and growth of the company.

•Facilities Management skills
•Understanding of equipment requirements for ensuring compliance in a GMP environment
•Ability to facilitate excellent business relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all management levels
•Experience of developing people and managing performance
•Skilled negotiator adept at leading complex negotiations
•Excellent change management skills
•Good understanding of market drivers that may impact the business
•Experience managing the delivery of large projects and with end-to-end service
•Proactive in leading and enabling continuous improvement of existing and new activities
•Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
