Muhammad Mehdi Hassan, Manager, Trainer & Consultant

Industrial & Production Engineer with over 12 years of progressive accomplishments in lean manufacturing, productivity improvement and project management initiatives through Six Sigma methodology in multinational corporations. He has completed Total Quality Management course from AOTS, JAPAN and certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) form Exampler Global (USA). He has solid knowledge in identifying and resolving problems, strong strategic planning capability, operations performance analysis, KPIs deployment, strategy deployment, controlling costs, maximizing productivity and total quality management. Proven success in creating innovative tools, equipment and management information system and introducing standards that have reduced operating expenses, improved quality, and increased asset utilization.
