The Republic of Korea's Act on the Registration and Evaluation of Chemicals (widely known as K-REACH), came into force on 1st January 2015. Now six months on, practical experience with the preparation & submission of registrations, the role of an Only Representative according to K-REACH and the associated Industrial Safety & Health Act (ISHA), has revealed the realities of theory versus practise.
