Job Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit CSR Auditors who will verify the authenticity of data in a supplier profile and audit against client requirements associated with Social Compliance Standards and Customer Codes of Conduct in in compliance with local, national and international regulations.

The role of Auditor at Intertek requires a range of duties and responsibilities. These include:

Conduct supplier audits across the UK associated with clients standards and Intertek programmes associated with Social Compliance processes

Carry out audits including:

Site tours for health and safety compliance

Worker interviews

Document reviews

Writing audit reports within the turnaround targets

Uploading reports to Intertek and client systems

Assure the consistency of audit approach, reporting and work quality.

Conducting process reviews and internal audits as scheduled

Providing assistance to all business units with regards to external standards requirements and their interpretations 

Registering and tracking improvement opportunities from audit activity to conclusion

Providing assistance with other audit related duties such as desktop audits

Job Qualifications

Required skills and experience

Good IT literacy skills

Previous experience conducting Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Compliance audits

Good understanding of UK Labour laws and Health and Safety regulations

Previous demonstrable experience in working to tight deadlines, prioritising workload effectively, multitasking and managing conflicting priorities.
