Laboratory Profile:

Intertek plc acquired BioClin Research Laboratories in February, 2008.  Intertek BioClin is located in Athlone, Ireland and this acquisition advances Intertek's strategic growth in providing expert analytical support services to the global pharmaceutical, medical device and drug delivery industries.  Intertek BioClin operates within the Intertek Pharmaceutical Services group, a key component of Intertek's Analytical Services Division.  The founder and current Laboratory Director is Mary Burke.  The Intertek BioClin team offers many years experience in the drug delivery and biopharmaceutical industry and are located in a modern, purpose built and secure facility that is equipped with state of the art equipment and automated systems.
