Intertek provides detailed compositional analysis for Jet A1 blends with biofuel. Complete analysis for biodiesel fuels, rapid testing and quality control is offered for fuel contamination issues, quality confirmation, trace residual analyses and other tests.
Jet A1 testing certification is performed to DEF standard 91-91; ASTM D1655 and JIG guidelines. Detailed compositional analysis of saturates and aromatics is performed by use of a range of techniques including two dimensional (2D) GC; GCMS and HPLC. Intertek laboratories use in-house capabilities and expertise to analyse normal paraffins, iso-paraffins, naphthenes and aromatics for the carbon number range.
