Intertek acquires French petroleum and chemical testing and inspection services company ETSA

Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions serving a wide range of industries around the world, today announced the acquisition of Expertises Technologies & Services Analyses S.A (ETSA), a major provider of laboratory testing and cargo inspection services for the petroleum and chemical industries in France.
ETSA has been supporting the French oil and gas industry for more than 14 years, and is one of the three top providers of testing and inspection services to the industry. ETSA locations, staff and operations will be integrated into Intertek oil and chemical services in France to form a new, large, cohesive and single network.
