Sample Storage and Management for Minerals Clients

Intertek mineral sample storage facilities are designed so that clients have the option of secure, managed, long- and short-term storage for their valuable sample pulps and bulk residues.

Samples are stored in secure weatherproof facilities and, importantly, can be located and retrieved as requested by the client for further work, return or disposal. Intertek mineral assay laboratories will store and manage customers’ samples for a limited period at no cost once the analyses have been completed and the data reported. 

After the initial period, the laboratory will store the samples for a monthly fee, dispose of them, or return them at the customers' cost. Intertek also offers a range of additional related services, including, cutting, secure storage, and rental space for drill core logging.
