This combined with the feedback from suppliers on how they manage such compliance matters, gives you the ability to assess the likelihood of risk.

    Our dynamic, real-time software and dashboard features with on-demand access, analyzes inherent risk data, SAQ responses and scores, audit information and more, and presents the information in an easy format for further analysis your end.   7. What controls are in place to ensure that only people authorised have access to my data in the product?
     
    Intertek implements Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) using a need-to-know approach to ensure only those who require access to the data is granted the permissions required to fulfill their roles, and ensure access is revoked on a timely basis in the event of personnel leaving or changing roles.
     
  8. What about the security of our company's data?

    Protection of customer data is important to Intertek. Intertek implements security at multiple layers of the organization and technology to ensure the safety of data at all times.
      
  9. What are the contingency plans in place to restore product and application in case of disaster, outages, etc.?
      
    In the unlikely event of a disaster / operational outage impact the Inlight application, the application is switched from the primary operational data centre to the secondary backup data centre ensuring the shortest possible amount of outages and minimising operational impacts.
