Intertek Conducts Two-Day Food Contact Materials and Articles Seminar: National & International Regulations and Food Safety

Intertek, a leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide, will be conducting a two-day Food Contact Materials and Articles Seminar taking place in Istanbul, Turkey from October 10-11, 2019.
As the potential migration of chemical substances from food contact materials, or articles, into food, can pose a consumer health threat, it is essential to mitigate the associated risks. While ensuring the safe use of materials and articles in contact with food, it is also important to be aware of the requirements for market entry. Stakeholders engaged in the production and trade of food contact materials and articles need to be up-to-date with the national and international regulations for export processes to ensure compliance with the relevant country legislations. This two-day seminar will discuss the latest developments in food contact regulations, provide attendees with product safety and compliance strategies, and our experts will shed some light on new trends and approaches to sustainable practices.
