The food safety certification scheme FSSC 22000 (also known as FS22000) defines in great detail how to implement food safety measures (such as hygiene or pest control) as prerequisite programs. This method is taken in addition to the systematic approach of a management system standard such as ISO 22000.

FSSC 22000 is approved by the GFSI to provide a common set of requirements for your food safety management system.  By attending the two day session you will understand the benefits of implementing the FSSC 22000 certification and how to practically apply this in your business.

  • Understand why key international brands choose FSSC
  • Find out how local businesses have made the change to FSSC 22000
  • Understand the requirements of FSSC and what it takes to gain certification
