Intertek EMIS
Intertek EMIS (Electrical Mechanical Instrument Services) provides offshore calibration and metering services from its UKAS accredited calibration laboratory.
Intertek EMIS provides calibration, repair and management of electronic, electrical, pressure, differential pressure and temperature test equipment and instrumentation.
Calibration of fiscal metering and test equipment is provided. Dimensional and torque test equipment calibration services are also offered but are not accredited, although fully traceable to National Standards. Service is also offered on-site including the ability to work offshore and overseas.
Clients include Shell Expro, BP, Total, CNR International, Talisman, Wood Group, Halliburton, and Sigma 3. The company has been established since 1992 and operates to UKAS ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001:2008. The core of the business is based in the UK, and is able to deliver services globally.
