Concerto™ probes measure environmental parameters such as concrete resistivity, relative humidity and temperature in addition to the electrochemical parameters essential to the corrosion process. With over 20 years of successful installation in a range of different structure types, including nuclear storage, bridges, tunnels and refinery infrastructure, Intertek CAPCIS offers state-of-the-art corrosion monitoring systems.
Concerto™ probes can be provided with multiple sensing elements, located at varying depths within the concrete to measure the advancing degradation in the cover concrete, or to measure conditions at different positions within in a structure. CAPCIS has undertaken bespoke probe designs to be installed in locations that prove difficult using standard probes.
