Get real time monitoring of corrosion challenges. The Intertek Concerto™ LAB Corrosion Monitoring instrumentation provides the user with systems configurable setups, from 1 to 4 channels per rack. Each channel is completely independent, can be configured to operate separately or in parallel, and provide maximum flexibility in use. Intertek CAPCIS instrument systems are designed to provide lab staff with real time knowledge of the corrosion occurring in their lab samples.

When incorporated with the ACTS system they can form the part of a full laboratory test unit for multiple and fast turnaround testing of samples for tests, such as inhibitor testing. The Concerto Lab system can perform various measurements including LPR, VT ECN, resistivity, potential holds and sweeps and can perform cleaning cycles on the ACTS with correct hardware.
