Previous knowledge:
An understanding of either Quality Management systems within the relevant industry or consumer products factory audits with regard to product safety will help you to gain the most from this course, alternatively a good knowledge of consumer product safety issues may be an appropriate background. There are no mandatory prerequisites for attending the course.
