Auditors to Attain CPI Designations with Flying Colors

Established in the United Kingdom, the Compliance
Practitioners
Initiative (CPI) is a global qualification scheme for practitioners in the
Testing, Inspection and Certification industry. CPI aims to qualify people with
confidence through recognized training, assessment of knowledge and
competence-based skills and in turn set the industry benchmark.
“CSR Auditor and Lead Auditor Training Program”, the first certification program offered by Compliance Practitioners Initiative (CPI), has so far given birth to some 100 Certified Auditors and Lead Auditors. To celebrate this joyous moment, a CPI Seminar cum Certificate Conferment Ceremony will be held on 31 July 2010 at Novotel Bauhinia Shenzhen, during which auditors will be conferred CPI certificates.
There will also be an official introduction to our latest environmental
auditor certification program – Think Green Initiative (TGI). The TGI
assessment toolkit, consisting of 8 individual
assessment modules, helps
suppliers in evaluating, benchmarking and monitoring environment performance,
as well as indentifying areas for improvement. It offers a comprehensive
solution to environmental performance management and reducing operational costs
for suppliers. It also helps consumer brands and retailers in choosing
“environmental-friendly” suppliers in a hassle-free way.
The rundown of the event will be as follows:
Date: 31 July
2010 (Saturday)
Time: 2:30pm
