Intertek Exhibits at the Hong Kong Fashion Week for Fall/Winter 2010

The Hong Kong Fashion Week for Fall/Winter was held successfully on 18-21 January 2010, attracting nearly 2,000 exhibitors from 30 countries and regions and showcasing the industry's newest collections, looks and products. It was estimated that a total of 5,000 buyers representing nearly 120 buying missions from 39 countries and regions joined the event.  

This year all the testing and certification companies were grouped in the same area. Because of the position and the design of the booth, Intertek  drew great attention. Intertek experts demonstrated and shared their deep knowledge in the area of testing, inspection and auditing, REACH regulation, Corporate Social Responsibility Audit, CPSIA regulations and other concerned topics. Many sales leads were generated. With the inquiries from the visiting buyers, some testing programs are under construction and will be launched shortly.

In conclusion, the fair not only resulted in generating business opportunities, but also strengthened the reputation of Intertek as the front-runner in the quality assurance industry.
