CDMS Boost Globalization of GB Textile Business

Following the series of GB textile training provide to overseas Intertek laboratories, China Domestic Market Service Division (CDMS) has  continued to push the progress of globalization in GB textile business. In March 2010, CDMS successfully completed the 4th training on GB textile testing. 7 individuals from 6 overseas laboratories (Vietnam, Singapore, Portugal, Romania, India-Gurgaon, and India-Tirupur) were present.

The training covered the real situation of quality surveillance system in China, in-depth interpretation on regulations/standards and case analysis. The training will arm trainees with enough knowledge on GB business promotion as well as how to carry out GB testing services in the most appropriate and professional way. CDMS will offer continuous support to our overseas laboratories so as to further consolidate one Intertek practice on GB textile testing service.

16 individuals in over 14 laboratories have been trained. 10 of those laboratories have developed GB testing capability and 8 laboratories have achieved GB business.
