With global competition and new emerging markets placing increased pressure on brand and reputation, businesses are seeking to continuously learn from each other to achieve the highest levels of safety in product development and distribution.
In 2014, Intertek Consumer Goods Australia hosted its inaugural Product Safety Information Forum. Held in both Melbourne and Sydney, the forums are designed to facilitate the opportunity for manufacturers, importers and retailers to discuss leading assurance practices, as well hear first-hand from the regulators as to their obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
