Intended ForManagers, Food Safety Coordinators, Executives, QA/QC personnel, Internal auditors, Food Consultants/Trainers, any personnel employed by a company planning to pursue ISO 22000 FSMS certification.
AimTo equip auditors of other management system standards, who have a food industry background, with the knowledge and skills required to assess the adequacy of the design, implementation and improvement of a food industry organization's food management system against ISO 22000:2005 in accodance with ISO 19011.

By the end of the course students will be able to:

  • explain the purpose, content and interrelationship of the following management system standards: ISO 22000:2005; guidance documents (ISO/TS 22001); industry practice; standard operating procedures and the legislative framework relevant to a FSMS.
  • interpret the requirements of ISO 22000:2005 to audit an organization's FSMS.
  • plan, undertake and report an audit of a FSMS in accordance with ISO 19011.
