Compliance Practitioners Initiative (CPI) Lead Auditor Training

The Compliance Practitioners Initiative (CPI) Program has been developed with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Audits which are becoming more important in the supply chain arena across the globe. The program provides a set of skills for practitioners to evaluate corporate social responsibility issues systematically and holistically. 

The following topics will be covered in this course:

  • Introduction of Auditing
  • Review of Audit procedures
  • Introduction of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • Auditing criteria and standards
  • CSR audit process, on-site procedures and auditing tools
  • Interviewing skills
  • Document review on wages, working hours, benefits and other documentation
  • Interactive learning: role play an employee interview, mock facility tour (health, safety and environment), group discussion on best practices
  • Closing meeting, Corrective Action Plan Acknowledge Report (CAPAR) Writing and Audit Report Writing

US and International Attendees: $1,500.00 USD per attendee; Canadian Attendees: $1,500.00 CAD per attendee (includes lunch and refreshment breaks). Travel, accommodations, and other meals are at the attendee’s expense.
