Michael Rettie

Mike brings over 45 years of experience in the investigation, design, and project management of major commercial and institutional buildings, condominium complexes, and residential buildings. His areas of expertise include waterproofing, including the integrity of roofs, curtain walls, cement plaster, EIFS, metal panel wall systems, and other exterior wall cladding, plaza decks, and below-grade.

Mike currently manages the Intertek’s Building Science locations in California, Arizona and Utah. He has also provided two decades of educational seminars on exterior building enclosures for developers, architects, and general contractors.
