Dr Bernard Fields BSc PhD Separation Science
Bernard obtained his PhD from the University College of Swansea in 1979 and joined ICI in 1980 after a year at Purdue University working on kinetic methods of analysis. Bernard worked initially in inorganic analysis and moved to working on Gas Chromatography in 1984.
In recent years Bernard's work has centred on chromatographic techniques for polymer analysis, liquid chromatographic methods, GC and GC-MS.
