Jonathan Lawrence is Group Vice President with responsibility for Human Resources and joined Intertek in September 2005. He has many years experience as an international human resources director based from the UK, France and the USA. Before joining Intertek, he was a member of the Group Executive Committee at Bureau Veritas as Group Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Before that he was Group Director Management Development at Valeo, the worldwide automotive systems and components manufacturer.

In addition to Human Resources, his career includes periods in project engineering, quality management, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring in manufacturing industries.

Jonathan is a Chartered Engineer BSc in Production Engineering, is a Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and a Member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers.
