Mike Marshall is the Vice President in charge of Corporate Development & Acquisitions. Mr Marshall worked for Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong & Singapore and Mitchell Cotts PLC in the UK before joining Inchcape in 1985. In 1988 he became Planning Director of Inchcape Inspection & Testing Services and was involved in the acquisitions of ETL and PKB Scania. In 1990 he left to work for The Vestey Group as Managing Director of the Transport Division before acquiring his own business. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
